These Legal Disclosures apply to the website at saloon.fyi (the "Site"), operated by Saloon, Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Saloon," "we," "us," or "our"). They are part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Use. Read them together. They are informational and describe the limits of what the Site is and what it says.

1. No offer of securities; no solicitation

The Site is an informational corporate website. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, equity, token, interest, or other investment, in any jurisdiction. No part of the Site is a prospectus, offering memorandum, or investment recommendation, and no part of it should be relied on in connection with any investment decision.

Statements describing Saloon — its products, architecture, team, traction, or plans — are provided to help partners, customers, the press, and prospective hires evaluate the company. They are not an inducement to invest. Any financing of Saloon is conducted privately, with eligible persons, under separate definitive agreements and the disclosures those agreements require; it is not conducted, offered, or solicited through the Site. The Site contains forward-looking statements — about products still in development, future verticals and features, business and product plans, and expected outcomes. Forward-looking statements are not guarantees. They reflect current intent and are subject to risks, uncertainties, and change. Actual results, timelines, and product availability may differ materially from what the Site describes. We undertake no obligation to update any forward-looking statement except as required by law. Do not place undue reliance on them.

3. No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory, or investment advice, and does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. In particular, descriptions of self-executing contracts, settlement, or how our products work are descriptions of technology — not legal or financial advice about your situation, and not advice on whether any contract or activity is lawful or appropriate for you. Consult your own qualified advisers before acting on anything you read on the Site.

4. About the products and the operating architecture

Saloon builds infrastructure for self-executing contracts. Users own their data and their settlement; Saloon never custodies value. The contract — running on a public blockchain — executes settlement; Saloon authors and indexes contracts and builds the systems around them, but does not settle, escrow, hold, custody, or adjudicate on behalf of users. Where the Site describes a product's behavior, that behavior is a property of the product and its on-chain contracts, not a service Saloon performs as an intermediary.

For clarity, in connection with its products Saloon is not a custodian, a broker or dealer, an off-chain escrow operator, a money transmitter or money-services business, an exchange, an investment adviser, an insurance carrier, a logistics operator, or a carbon-credit registry. Saloon does not take a position against any user and earns through transparent, disclosed fees, not a house edge.

The Site itself provides no product. Use of any Saloon product is governed by that product's own terms — for Arcade, the Arcade Terms and Conditions and Arcade Privacy Policy at arcade.fyi. Those documents, not the Site, define the rights, obligations, risks, and disclosures that apply when you use a product.

5. Product availability

Product descriptions on the Site do not constitute an offer of, or a guarantee of, availability. Some products and features described on the Site — including products and verticals identified as in development — are not yet generally available and may change, ship on a different timeline, or not ship at all. Availability may also be limited by jurisdiction, eligibility, and regulatory requirements. Arcade is live at arcade.fyi, subject to its own terms and eligibility and geographic restrictions.

6. Illustrative and third-party references

Examples, figures, and references on the Site — including descriptions of deployments, integrations, or use cases — are illustrative and provided to explain what the products do. They are not a representation that any particular result is typical or guaranteed.

References to third-party companies, products, services, platforms, or technologies are for descriptive and identification purposes only. They do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by those third parties, and no such affiliation or endorsement should be inferred unless expressly stated.

7. Trademarks and intellectual property

"Saloon," "Arcade," and "Foil" identify Saloon and its products. We do not claim, and have not registered, any trademark or service-mark rights in the common English word "arcade," we assert no exclusive right over it, and we make no claim that another's ordinary use of the word infringes any right of ours. Other companies, products, or projects may use "arcade," "saloon," "foil," or similar terms; unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

All other trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only. Site content original to us is protected as described in the Terms of Use.

The Site links to third-party websites and resources, including arcade.fyi. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, availability, or practices of any linked site. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of any linked site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.

9. Governing terms and contact

These Disclosures are governed by, and subject to, the Terms of Use — including its governing-law, arbitration, limitation-of-liability, and limitations-period provisions — and should be read with the Privacy Policy. We may update these Disclosures from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
